In pursuit of its mission, the International Journal for Court Administration accepts responsible advertising from contractors, vendors, suppliers, and institutions that service the extended court, judicial and justice systems communities. Such service may be provided by way of products, services, support, or developmental advice and consultation.
The Journal’s Executive and Co-Managing Editors reserve the right to refuse any advertising that detracts or may be reasonably perceived as detracting from the overall goals and objectives of the International Association for Court Administration and/or the International Journal for Court Administration. Advertising submitted for consideration should convey and reflect professionalism and the intent to contribute toward the improvement in efficiency and function of court, judicial and justice systems and/or the officials and staff employed by them.
The Journal's editors and the Association publish two issues of the International Journal for Court Administration per year. Prospective advertisers are requested to submit their copy in the electronic format specified below, unless otherwise advised by IJCA staff, no later than May 15 for the June issue and no later than November 15 for the December Issue.

Banners
A banner is a heading or picture over the contents of an issue or on the IJCA homepage containing a link to a webpage. There is space for a maximum of three homepage banners and three advertisements per issue.

For sustaining the International Journal for Court Administration, there are five levels of annual sustaining sponsorships. These sponsorships, renewable annually, help to support the editor’s ongoing efforts to improve the quality, professionalism, and distribution of the Journal to as global an audience as possible and to avoid the need to charge IACA’s members, friends and other interested parties a subscription fee to enable them to access the content. Paid sponsorships are accompanied by various benefits that include, among others, discounted and/or free Journal advertising and recognition at IACA's regional and international conferences.
